Gwendolyn D. Galsworth, PhD, is president/founder of Visual Thinking Inc. and The Visual?Lean Institute® (collectively “VTI”). Dr. Galsworth formed her company in 1991 as a consulting, training, and research firm, specializing in the technologies of the visual workplace.
