Dr. Joan Marques, a founding member of the Business Renaissance Institute and ASPEX, is director of communications of the Millennium Development Goals Global Watch and chief editor of four globally available journals for scholars and practitioners. She founded and managed several businesses and a nonprofit organization focused on women's advancement, and has authored many articles and books pertaining to workplace contentment and emotional intelligence. Dr. Marques holds a doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University. Dr. Satinder Dhiman has guided business leaders for the last twenty-five years and served for ten years as a senior lecturer in commerce at DAV College in North India. He is a founding member of the Business Renaissance Institute and ASPEX, and serves on the boards of several scholarly journals.
