Barbara Holland is a native New Yorker, with over 21 years of experience as a librarian, currently serves as Editor-in-/Chief for IGI Global publishing and a research scholar, received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the City College Of New York and a Masters degree in Library Science and Information Studies from Queens College of New York.
