On behalf of the American College of Medical Quality, the following three editors will produce the book: Angelo P. Giardino, MD, PhD, CMQ, is the Wilma T. Gibson Presidential Professor and Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. He also serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. Prior to arriving in Utah, Dr. Giardino, served as Senior Vice President/Chief Quality Office at Texas Children’s Hospital and was Professor of Pediatrics and Section Chief of Academic General Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). He received his medical degree and doctorate in education from the University of Pennsylvania, completed his residency and fellowship training at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), earned a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, a Master's in Theology from Catholic Distance University (CDU), and is a Certified Physician Executiv
