Experience the wonderment of Christmas with this endearing collection of original stories. Even though he’s got 3.5 million copies of books in print, Pastor Robert Morgan writes only one short fiction story each year—an original work he shares with his church on Christmas Eve. Now with a fresh new cover and six new stories, the entire collection of twelve is available in this beautiful volume. Following a foreword by David Jeremiah, these adventures evoke the splendor and love found at the manger over two thousand years ago. You’ll meet a shy, bookish boy who finds himself center stage in a Christmas pageant, a family whose car full of presents and groceries disappears, and a mountain man trapped in a blizzard with his twelve-year-old grandson. You’ll meet characters you feel you’ve known your whole life who’ll make you laugh one minute and cry the next. So this Christmas, and the Christmases to follow, gather your family and experience the true spirit of adoration and worship through this timeless gift of story.

A complete stillness: Gstaad 1965 - Small Group Discussion 5
A complete stillness - 25 August 1965 - Is there a single movement that will completely transform my whole way of life? - The passion is there but the perfume doesn't take place. What am I to do? - Am I in a position of a man who for the first time is walking on a road byhimself and discovering? - Does one know what a complete stillness means? - It is only from a very still mind that a mutation takes place? - Is there an ending to thought, therefore an ending to time? - If I have no thought and therefore no time, and so no wasting of energy, there is no movement, therefore there is complete stillness.

A Joe Bev Live Tribute to Daws Butler
In July 2003 the International Animated Film Society, ASIFA-Hollywood, invited members to discover the many talents of a person who became an icon in animation and inspired an entire generation of voice actors: Daws Butler. Hosted by Butler protégé Joe Bevilacqua (a.k.a. Joe Bev), the event included special guests June Foray (Rocky the Flying Squirrel, Witch Hazel, and Granny), Corey Burton (Justice League, Captain Hook), and Nancy Cartwright (Bart Simpson, Rugrats). The entire panel shared their stories of Daws and performed several of Daws’ workshop scripts live. Also played at the event was the rare sound of Daws performing one of his own scripts. At the end, Corey Burton and Joe Bevilacqua signed copies of Scenes for Actors and Voices by Daws Butler. ASIFA-Hollywood is a California-based nonprofit organization established over thirty-five years ago to promote and encourage the art and craft of animation.

Boldly go to worlds where no one has gone. Meet Chuck Lambert, who, though not exactly a fool, is guilty of letting his imagination get the best of his wits. That's because our young, naive Lambert wants his own planet. But rather than purchase one legally from the Interior Department of the Outer Galactic Control, he soon succumbs to the flashy advertising of an unsavory galactic swindler named Madman Murphy- the purported King of Planetary Realtors. What Madman is the king of, is selling the unwary a planet that isn't quite right, a planet where one can't sit down because there's something the matter with its matter. And that's exactly what becomes the matter for our unlucky voyager, after Chuck toils for eleven grueling years to scrape together enough money to finally buy a planet of his own. "With a zany cast, Josh Thompson performs four radio dramas of outer space. "A Matter of Matter" features a new version of the American dream-owning a planet while striking it rich with ore that floats. Ah, hucksters can sell anything. In "The Conroy Diary of Fitz Mallory," a fictional character writes about Conroy's outer space adventures. Thompson performs flawlessly, despite the story's nonsense words. "The Planet Makers" create cities and remodel planets. Thompson credibly recounts feats of engineering and an intergalactic poker game. His delivery is smooth despite the crazy antics of the construction crew. "The Obsolete Weapon" features a time-traveling WWII soldier who fights lions, elephants, and gladiators. Humor runs through this audio performance, enhanced by sound effects and much laughter." -AudioFile (Audies Finalist) *An International Book Awards Finalist

A mind in meditation is concerned only with meditation, not with the meditator: Bombay (Mumbai) 1971
A mind in meditation is concerned only with meditation, not with the meditator - 17 February 1971 - If you can put aside your favourite systems, if you can understand that concentration is merely a resistance and therefore constant conflict and wastage of energy, then we can find out for ourselves what is necessary for a mind that is in a state of meditation. - To learn about oneself, a living thing, you have to watch, learn anew each minute. - What is will? - Consciousness is heritage, the result of time. Consciousness is the content of itself, which is time, sorrow, confusion, misery. Intelligence has no heritage. - What is a mind that is completely silent? - Q: How does one cope with the extraordinary energy that human beings have?

A radical transformation in the psyche itself: Claremont 1968 - Students Talk 1
A radical transformation in the psyche itself - 8 November 1968 - To communicate we must know that the word is not the thing and also be in that state of mind whose quality is attention, care. That can only take place if we are serious. - We are the world and the world is us. To bring about a radical transformation, which is so essential in society, there must be radical transformation in ourselves. - Analysis of violence does not end violence, nor is violence ended by thinking of non-violence. - There is no teacher outside, no saviour, no master; you yourself have to change and therefore you have to learn to observe, to know yourself. - Knowledge and learning are two different things. - Q: What is this silence you talk about? The silence that I am experiencing comesand goes.
