Kerry Fowler
Who is Kerry Fowler?
Kerry Fowler has been Good Housekeeping’s Books Editor for the past five years. As well as reviewing the latest fiction and autobiographical work, she has interviewed a huge range of key authors, from Alexander McCall Smith and Carol Ann Duffy to Val McDermid and Deborah Moggach. Good Housekeeping readers are passionate about fiction (they buy far over the average number of both hardback and paperback per capita), and as part of the Good Housekeeping Loves Books campaign Kerry organised and chaired at the extremely successful GH Book Days where speakers have included leading authors such as Fay Weldon, Sarah Dunant, Jilly Cooper, Joanna Trollope, Sadie Jones, Kate Mosse and Mavis Cheek. For the past five years, she has also chaired the Good Housekeeping literary lunch at Hay, where there is always a stimulating mix of authors of both fiction and memoir….Jane Fonda, Tracy Chevalier, Rose Tremain, Jo Brand, Marian Keyes, Jenni Murray and Penny Vincenzi. |
