One of my favourite authors returns to his classic mystery style where the protagonist’s comfortable life is severely disrupted by his past catching up with him. In this case the Serb-Croat war is at the centre of a thriller which twists and turns in true Goddard fashion. He really is a superb master of suspense.

Synopsis
