Josephine Fairley, Sarah Stacey

Sarah Stacey is an award-winning journalist and TV producer. She is currently Wellbeing Editor of the Mail on Sunday YOU Magazine. Formerly Executive Health & Beauty Editor of the Daily Express and Editor of the Sunday Express magazine, she has written for leading newspapers and magazines. In 1994, she was elected the first Honorary Chair of the Guild of Health Writers UK and in 1996 was co-founder of the food labelling campaign, FLAG.

Josephine Fairley is a contributing Editor to the Mail on Sunday YOU Magazine where she writes on beauty and organic living. She has also written on beauty for Tatler, Real, Woman's Journal, Elle and Here's Health, and contributes to a wide range of publications, including Red and the Daily Mail. She is Chairwoman of Cosmetic Executive Women, the cosmetic industry's networking organisation. Josephine was a founding partner of Green & Black's Organic Chocolate.
